Cartessa has a passion for helping teenage girls and young women manage life struggles such as depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. She understands the difficulty of trying to identifying with yourself, feeling like an outsider, and connecting or relating to others. She can relate to the emotional hardships of being you and navigating life and relationships. As a single mother and a military veteran, she is aware of the amount of strength and courage it takes to believe in yourself and to be able to follow through with your goals.

She will stick by you and help you find your path to a happier, better quality of life. Her main goal is that you develop confidence that you did not realize you had and discover a strength within yourself that you never realized was there..
